Can My Organization Personalize Elements of My Garden?
Yes. With the Custom Plug In option, you may choose from several Garden background graphic templates, upload your logo to brand the space, link to your donation website page, and link to other specific resources via customized menu tabs.
For small add-on fee(s), we can provide a personalized website button to match the look and feel of your website and/or create a special Garden background for you.

How Much Staff Time is Required to Manage the Garden?
Limited staff coordination time is required to manage both the Custom Plug In option OR the 1X Event option. Gardens can be set up in minutes. After that, the system includes auto emails that provide general instructions to users. And, the built in butterfly share feature (on social media and email) helps to automate participation in the Gardens.
How Does the Garden Connect to My Website?
The Butterfly Memorial Garden is a cloud based application and has a unique URL (www.memorial.garden) To access a Plug In Garden, your organization places a clickable button into your website, resulting in your personalized Garden URL (i.e. www.YourOrganizationName.memorial.garden)
How Is Security and Privacy Integrated into the Platform?
Securing personal privacy and blocking inappropriate internet “hacking” is a high priority for the Butterfly Memorial Garden service. In addition to employing an approval system for all submitted memorial comments, the Garden also employs a digital filter to pre-screen for any inappropriate use of comments.
What Data Can I Access From the Admin Side of the Garden?
Available with the Plug In Subscription, you can easily access and download all of your emails collected, # butterflies made per Garden (and universal total), tributes submitted and number of Honoree gardens as well as a total user count.
Can I Integrate My Butterfly Memorial Garden Into My Events?
Yes, and this is encouraged! You can even include your Butterfly Garden into your organization’s communications and social media channels.
Does My Subscription Come With Any Template Marketing Materials?
Yes. We provide 2 complimentary templates with the Plug In option: A Leave Behind piece and Full 3-Panel Brochure to use in in your communications.
